PASTORAL TEAM
Joseph Wamack, Senior Pastor
Joseph and Vonnie Wamack moved to the town of Celebration in September of 2006 from Atlanta, Georgia. Pastor Wamack has been pastoring since 1990 in Tennessee, Ohio, and Georgia. He has a B.A in Theology, a Masters in Divinity, as well as four units of Clinical Pastoral Education. He also has seven years of psychiatric nursing experience. He serves in a dual role as pastor of the Celebration Seventh-day Adventist Church and chaplain for Florida Hospital Celebration Health.
Joseph and Vonnie have been married since 1983. Vonnie works for a dermatologist in Baldwin Park doing laser treatments and skin care consulting. They have two sons, Aaron, born in 1985 and Adam, born in 1987. Pastor Wamack says, "I do not see the pastor/chaplain position as two roles, but two aspects of one ministry. My mission is to give care, offer kindness, and share God's love with everyone I come in contact with. My desire is to serve those in the church, the hospital and the community through God's grace bringing health, vitality, and growth to everyone I meet!"

Mike Rhynus, Associate Pastor
Mike and Dana Rhynus joined the team at the Celebration Seventh-day Adventist Church in January of 2010. Mike was born and raised in Loma Linda, CA and graduated from Walla Walla University with his B.A. in Religion in 2006. Dana was born and raised in Boise, ID and attended Walla Walla University for two years before receiving her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University in 2006. After marrying in September of 2006, Mike and Dana moved to Orlando, FL where Mike began his Chaplaincy training through the Florida Hospital Clinical Pastoral Education and Masters of Divinity program. After one year of ministry and training in the hospital, Mike and Dana moved to Berrien Springs, MI where Mike obtained his Masters of Divinity at the Andrews University Theological Seminary. After completing his M.Div, Mike was invited to be part of the ministry team at Celebration Health where he works as both Chaplain and Pastor. Dana was blessed to join the team of a dentist in Baldwin Park, FL in '06 and amazingly enough, God provided a way for Dana to stay connected with this practice during their stint in Michigan and she rejoined the team again in January of 2010.
Mike and Dana are fun-loving and kind hearted people. They strive to live healthy and balanced lives and seek to promote the love of God and His amazing grace wherever they are.
